T-Bone's Place Mercantile: Original merchandise, including made-to-order tumblers, limited-edition collections, personalized products where offered, and other merchandise featuring our original creative designs.

Products, services, and content may change as T-Bone's Place continues to grow. Availability, pricing, and applicable purchasing conditions are provided through the relevant product pages and policies.

4. Use of Content & Intellectual Property
Ownership of Original Content
Unless otherwise noted, original content, creative works, and branding presented on T-Bone's Place are owned by T-Bone's Place, LLC or used with appropriate permission, subject to applicable intellectual property laws.
This includes original written stories, character designs, illustrations, photographs, videos, graphics, animations, website content, product designs, and other creative materials.
Our original creative properties include, but are not limited to, Thistlewyn's Adventures, The Buzzard Life, Garfunkle, Herb, their associated original characters, stories, illustrations, and distinctive creative elements.
AI-Assisted Creative Work
T-Bone's Place uses artificial intelligence as a creative tool under human direction. Our original concepts, storytelling, character development, artistic decisions, and creative direction remain central to our work.
Some graphic artwork and character illustrations are AI-assisted and human-directed. Our real photographs, videos, stories, and farmstead content are created by us.
We respect the distinction between human-authored creative contributions, AI-generated elements, third-party intellectual property, and public-domain materials. We claim intellectual property rights only to the extent those rights are recognized under applicable law.
The Buzzard Life, Humor & Creative Expression
The Buzzard Life features original characters, imaginative situations, satire, parody, irreverent humor, and fictional creative expression.
Characters, dialogue, situations, and artistic portrayals are intended for entertainment and should not automatically be interpreted as factual statements, endorsements, or affiliations with the individuals, organizations, or brands referenced.
Garfunkle and his adventures represent an original creative property of T-Bone's Place, LLC. His fictional personality, distinctive visual presentation, dialogue, and original creative elements form part of The Buzzard Life.
Public-Domain Characters & Historical Likenesses
T-Bone's Place, LLC incorporates selected public-domain characters, historical figures, and literary references into original creative works, including The Buzzard Life.
Our depictions are intended to draw upon public-domain source material, historical references, and independently developed artistic interpretations, rather than copyrighted adaptations or character designs belonging to others.
T-Bone's Place does not claim ownership of the underlying public-domain characters, historical identities, or source materials. Any intellectual property rights claimed by T-Bone's Place apply only to our own original, legally protectable creative contributions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these artistic portrayals are independent creations and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially licensed from any third-party rights holder.
Mercantile Artwork & Merchandise
Artwork appearing on T-Bone's Place merchandise, including tumbler wraps, sublimation designs, limited-edition collections, personalized products, and other merchandise, remains subject to the applicable intellectual property rights of its owners.
Purchasing a physical product does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, or commercial reproduction rights in its artwork or designs.
Customers may use purchased merchandise for ordinary personal purposes. Purchasing merchandise does not grant permission to reproduce, extract, redistribute, or commercially exploit protected artwork or designs.
Permitted Use
Visitors may:
Access and enjoy publicly available website content for lawful personal, non-commercial purposes.
Use resources expressly offered for personal use according to their stated conditions.
Share links to our published content with appropriate attribution.
Share photographs of legitimately purchased merchandise, provided the sharing does not falsely suggest sponsorship or authorization.

T-Bone's Place reserves the right to decline customization requests that may violate intellectual property rights, applicable laws, or our business policies.
Permission & Licensing
Requests to reproduce, license, or commercially use protected T-Bone's Place content may be directed to hello@tbonesplace.com.
No license or transfer of intellectual property rights is granted except as expressly stated or agreed to in writing.
5. Purchases, Made-to-Order Merchandise & Fulfillment
Product Availability & Pricing
T-Bone's Place, LLC offers original merchandise through the T-Bone's Place Mercantile, including sublimation tumblers, limited-edition collections, and personalized products where available.
Product descriptions, prices, available styles, and customization options are displayed on the applicable product pages. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable sales tax and shipping unless otherwise indicated.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to discontinue products, subject to applicable law. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer before proceeding with any proposed change.
Made-to-Order Merchandise
Many Mercantile products are individually created after an order is received.
Because our tumblers and other made-to-order merchandise are produced specifically for each order, slight variations in artwork positioning, color appearance, and finished presentation may occur.
Digital previews and product photographs are intended to represent the finished merchandise as accurately as practical. Screen calibration, product shape, and sublimation processes may affect the final appearance.
These normal production variations do not include manufacturing defects, significant deviations from the product description, or errors in fulfilling an order.
Orders & Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for reviewing their selected product, size, style, finish, quantity, personalization details, and shipping information before submitting an order.
Orders are subject to payment authorization, product availability, and acceptance by T-Bone's Place, LLC.
If we cannot fulfill an order as placed, we will contact the customer to discuss available options, including an appropriate refund.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because made-to-order products may enter production shortly after purchase, customers should contact us as soon as possible if they need to request a correction or cancellation.
We will attempt to accommodate changes before production begins. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Any approved cancellation will be handled according to the applicable refund policy and consumer protection laws.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Due to the made-to-order nature of our merchandise, returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect customer selections, or personal preferences are generally not accepted.
However, we stand behind our workmanship and want customers to receive the merchandise they ordered.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the product ordered, customers should contact hello@tbonesplace.com promptly with their order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when available.
We will review the concern and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, correction, or refund.
Customers should contact us before returning merchandise so we can provide instructions when a return is necessary.
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that customers may have under applicable law.
Shipping & Delivery
T-Bone's Place Mercantile currently offers standard shipping to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C., using the shipping options available at checkout.
Shipping charges are calculated according to the applicable order and shipping profile. Eligible orders totaling $150 or more before shipping and taxes qualify for free standard shipping, subject to the conditions displayed at checkout.
Because products may be made to order, production time and shipping transit time are separate. Any stated production or shipping estimates will be communicated through the product listing, checkout process, or order communications.
If we anticipate that an order cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact the customer and provide the options required by applicable law.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Limited-Edition Merchandise
Limited-edition designs may be offered for a specific season, event, or availability period.
Availability may be restricted, and discontinued designs may not return once their offering period ends.
Limited-edition merchandise remains subject to the same applicable workmanship, damage, and consumer protection provisions described above.
Personalized Merchandise
Where personalization is offered, customers are responsible for verifying names, spelling, submitted artwork, and other customization details.
T-Bone's Place reserves the right to decline requests involving unauthorized intellectual property, unlawful material, or content inconsistent with our business policies.
Personalized orders may have additional production requirements disclosed before purchase.
Digital Products & Downloads
When digital resources or downloadable products are offered, the applicable product listing will specify the permitted uses, availability, and any additional licensing conditions.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of its underlying intellectual property unless expressly agreed in writing.
