Sourdough Noods

These sourdough noods are simple, flexible, and one of our favorite ways to turn starter into something useful. I run the dough through my GVODE pasta attachment, then either cook the noodles fresh or hang them until they are completely dry and brittle for storage. Fair warning, once they reach the crispy stage, one wrong move can trigger a full-blown nood avalanche...and Rocky is always standing by for cleanup duty.
